There was nothing positive to mention. In the shower there was pubic hair, and the first spray of water smelled like a drain. The room had a strong disinfectant smell, dirty and odorous towels, pillows that smelled damp, and stained sheets. The room was poorly maintained, the air‑conditioner didn’t work in any of the rooms, there was no toilet paper or soap, and we had a terrible night with party noise.

I recently stayed in a no-frills room at a hotel in a fantastic location, which made up for its simplicity. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the pool was a lovely spot to cool off on a hot day. However, I did notice a faint odor in the bathroom, which was the only drawback to an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, I felt like I got exactly what I paid for, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option.

I was quite pleased with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to its fantastic location in the heart of Kuta. The room itself was spacious, which was a welcome surprise. However, I encountered a few issues - the shower water had a rather unpleasant sewage-like smell, and the beds were quite firm. Additionally, the air conditioning didn't seem to be working properly, and the doors didn't shut tightly.

The hotel's pool and central location were definite positives, but unfortunately, the bathrooms were a letdown. While I enjoyed the pool and being close to the city center, the bathrooms were a major issue.

I was really impressed with the young and energetic staff, they were friendly and enthusiastic. However, the hotel itself has some major issues - the air conditioning sometimes doesn't work, there's a musty smell due to humidity, water leaks from the ceiling, and the cleanliness is a major concern. Even the towels they provided were smelly, and the shower had inconsistent water pressure and no hot water. To top it all off, there was no soap provided.
