“Unos estafadores”
This place is the worst; I give it a 1 because nothing is lower. Be careful—after reading reviews I ignored them, but I confirmed in person that they’re utterly unpresentable. I booked three rooms, communicated via message, everything seemed fine. We arrived at 9 pm exhausted, and the guy told us the reservation was cancelled because we hadn’t paid, even though I showed him the messages where OYO said payment was at the property; he gave no alternative, so we had to find another place. That wasn’t the end—days later I was charged half the reservation as if I hadn’t shown up, and when I complained they told me to call them, as if that was easy. Booking also behaved badly, offering no help; I just warn you—when I saw the charge, I didn’t expect them to charge me after leaving us stranded. NO RESERVATIONS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
