“Hospedagem claustrofóbica”
The location was good, but the room was small and claustrophobic, with a useless balcony that could have been turned into a mini kitchen or dining spot since there was no space to eat or have coffee properly. The mini fridge had no freezer and the cooling part didn’t chill. The hotel lacked an elevator for a group of rooms and no accessible elevator on the stairs, forcing us to lift our luggage by hand. Initially, responses to WhatsApp were slow. A faulty lamp above the bed could hit your head if you’re not careful. We spent a hot day with the AC not working, it kept shutting off and then resumed on its own, which didn’t seem like a fault since no maintenance was requested. Cleaning was scheduled, but the first visit was delayed, trash piled up, and they didn’t return with an explanation or delay notice; we had to prompt them for that.
