“Ottimo e vicino ad Arezzo quanto basta”
The location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast were all good. Nothing negative.

The staff were extremely courteous. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked fairly well. The room and the bathroom still feel the weight of age.

Parking was right outside the door and the room was large. We asked for a quiet room and received one on a different floor. The beds were very worn; we both lay in a pit and slept poorly. Even though there were two separate beds side by side, moving one made the other shift. This is a transit hotel that mainly hosts large groups, so there was a lot of noise, though fortunately the breakfast areas were separated.

The rooms were comfortable, the parking was big, and the breakfast was European. The price was very good for a 4‑star.

La gentilezza del personale di cucina e la hall dell’hotel. La pulizia di alcune componenti della camera e la mancata comunicazione tra reception e personale di cucina
