Convenient central location, but the entrance street to the property is quite narrow. When we arrived, the bathroom was in unhygienic conditions; we reported it immediately, yet on our return it was still in the same state. When we asked for clarification, the host said the cleaning was not his responsibility but that of the cleaning company. Besides the poor cleaning, we experienced continuous power outages (we were without electricity twice) and the bathroom water supply was not always available.

I stayed at the Prestige guesthouse with a friend. The place is really nice and the private parking is a big plus. The manager was very kind and helpful. A few things to note: communication before arrival was a bit difficult, although we sorted everything out. There was also a small misunderstanding about the tourist tax (they asked us for €4.50 instead of the correct municipal rate), but the manager immediately admitted the mistake and explained that there had been a seasonal rate change. One last minor tip about maintenance: the shower box slightly flooded the bathroom (understandable given the proximity to the sea and sand, but a little extra attention would help). Despite these tiny inconveniences, the stay was pleasant and we had a good time.

The property and owner are welcoming. Overall, it went well.

We were unable to stay; no one notified us. The host sent neither an email nor a phone call, so we found ourselves suddenly without accommodation and had to find another place at double the price.
