Don’t be fooled by the image of what looks like a pool—it appears to be an extra cost, yet no offer is mentioned. There is a motion‑sensor light that seemed like a good idea, but one night it stayed on and prevented us from resting.

The new building is well maintained, immaculate, and surrounded by nature with a SPA. My room was spacious, clean, had a small fridge, and a little garden at the entrance with two tables to enjoy breakfast or stargazing before bed. The bathroom was clean, well cared for, and fully equipped. The hosts were friendly and courteous, even leaving a small welcome gift upon arrival that proved handy for breakfast; we’ll definitely come back.

The accommodation was very fresh and clean. Everything you need is there. It’s easy to find, about 20 minutes to Olbia and 50 to Palau (car is a must). The owner is very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are calm and quiet. There’s a fridge and coffee machine in the room. Breakfast isn’t offered, but you get a “welcome” bag. Check‑in is easy. I recommend it for those looking for a quiet place to sleep and who drive a lot. We had a double bed that was unstable; it was a bit hard to sleep because it moved a lot when you turned. Other than that everything is fine.
