“Esta bonito pero no volvería”
The room was very spacious and comfortable, the food was good, and the facilities overall were fine. The price is high, so in reality the two pools are pretty but a bit dirty; I thought they’d clean them at night or in the morning, but they didn’t.
“Equis, no vale lo que cuesta”
The hotel and its facilities look nice. The food was terrible—there weren’t many people in the restaurant, the dishes arrived cold and late, and in my opinion the hotcakes were raw. The chicken in the chilaquiles tasted strange, and the beans were hidden at the bottom of the pot. The banana smoothie had one ice cube and was hot. At night we ordered a hamburger, and the meat was also strange. I don’t recommend the food.

The pool. The facilities weren’t maintained; the towels were threadbare, and there were many flies in the restaurant.

The main pool is great and you can see many different birds. I think the room décor could be improved a lot, and the food isn’t very good.
