The room was large, modern, and very clean, as was the bathroom. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was only 7 car minutes from the Therme Bad Schallerbach, which fit everything perfectly.

The old building was very pretty, my room was lovely and came with its own balcony.

The breakfast and service were excellent, but the tiled hard steps and staircase required careful handling.

The place is in a very central spot and the owner served a nice breakfast, but the curtains let in light early in the morning and the noise from people chatting in the Gasthaus made it a bit loud.
