“EXCELENTE UBICACION, MUY RECOMENDABLE”
The location, cleanliness, and new, well‑decorated space were all positives. The online check‑in service was very well organized. There is a common area for meals and free coffee and tea, plus a microwave and armchairs if you want to read. The room has AACC and wooden finishes, a very comfortable bed, and adequate bathroom. The downside: because the location is so central, it’s a bit difficult to reach the door with a car to unload luggage (the street gets narrower and narrower). Perhaps there’s another way to arrive by vehicle, but we didn’t know.
I stayed in a room that was spotless and completely quiet; the place is set on a narrow alley next to Calle Mayor, buzzing with life and just a stone's throw from the cathedral.

The location, cleanliness, good value, alignment between ad and reality, comfortable pillow and mattress, and excellent customer service—especially over the phone, since there’s no continuous front desk—were all positives. A small common room on the first floor with tables, chairs, a microwave, capsule coffee machine, and a few other items. Minor issues: the shower water temperature can’t be adjusted without it splashing from the first moment because of the shower tray layout, sliding doors, and the fixed water valve on the wall. Some outside noise until midnight, but not excessive. No other complaints.
