The location was fine, but being on the 41st floor was too high for me; I was sick and couldn’t sleep, and the towels were wet from the washing machine and I had to set a 2h30mns drying option, which was uncomfortable.

The staff here are genuinely friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. However, I had a pretty shocking experience when I returned to my room at 9 pm to find a group of boys already inside. They claimed to have checked in at 8 pm, but I'd checked in myself at 4 pm and hadn't even used the room. I was exhausted and had to go back down to the lobby to sort out the issue, which really put a damper on my evening.

I was really impressed with the breakfast cafe at this hotel - it's a cozy little spot that's perfect for a morning meal. The chef and staff are super friendly and made me feel right at home. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience wasn't quite as smooth. The room itself had a pretty strong smell, which wasn't helped by the stinky curtains and bed. To make matters worse, the shower hose was broken, which made getting clean a bit of a challenge.

The hotel's location is perfect - right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, the noise from the street and the nearby nightclub can be a bit of a nuisance, especially if you're a light sleeper. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was a bit small and the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but not exactly the most comfortable or quiet option. [REVIEW]

I had a disastrous stay at this hotel. The TV was broken, and I had to change rooms three times because of it. The lights in my room were all burnt out, and when I tried to use the SD card slot, it didn't work. Maintenance was a joke, and it seemed like they were more interested in getting me to change rooms than actually fixing the issues. Needless to say, I won't be checking in here again.
