“I didn't know this place is a Love Hotel, but it turned out fine overall.”

I had no clue this was actually a “Love Hotel”; I thought it was just a no‑kids place. The room was decent, especially the bathroom and shower area, and the bathtub had a bubble option plus an LED light that changed colors in the water, which was funny. If you stay overnight, the room includes a few breakfast items delivered to your door – I ordered eggs, a croissant, and coffee. It wasn’t a gourmet meal, but it was fine, and they only gave me chopsticks, no fork. The check‑in window is from 9 pm to midnight, and if you arrive early you’re charged for every 30 minutes; I checked in at about 7:45 pm and paid an extra 4,500 yen. I was already stressed from flight issues, so I didn’t bother looking elsewhere. The front desk staff isn’t actually at the reception; they’re in another room behind a door, and you have to pick up the phone on the counter to reach them. They don’t speak English, so if there’s a language barrier they’ll come out to help. Guests don’t receive a key or card – the doors lock once you’re inside, so you must notify the front desk to leave. The location feels rather isolated, even though the building is visible from nearby.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a single hair in the bathroom, which was annoying, but the price was too high for a long holiday.

The room was very clean, the room service was high quality, and the dryer was excellent. The remote for ordering desserts and drinks was a bit difficult to use.
