The house was spotless and everything I needed was there; the air in the room was cool, the TV worked with internet channels, and overall it was an excellent stay—thanks, we’ll return.

Nothing special stood out; I didn’t like that on the first night they asked me to cancel the service on the platform, otherwise they’d charge me more, and the TV was useless because there was no antenna—claims about signal failure were false; I was also charged an extra fee for a partial payment via Mercado Pago, which feels illegal; the air conditioning couldn’t be used without an additional charge, and the remote had no batteries.
