“The location is near the main road. There is a food court and restaurant next to the hotel.”
I liked the pillows and the bed—they were comfortable. My room had big windows and the AC was cold. I could hear the guest next door cough or sneeze because the room wasn’t soundproof enough.
The room was spotlessly clean, and they keep it that way. Overall, the hotel service was very good, especially the reception staff who were helpful.
The hotel itself looked great, but unfortunately, the room I was given was a different story. It was absolutely filthy, with a huge mess everywhere. It looked like the housekeeping service had been non-existent. I was really disappointed by the state of the room.
Sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini. Saya suka dengan kebersihan.
Everything was comfortable and complete. The staff explained everything clearly and it was easy to understand.
