The staff was really friendly, kind and helpful. The restaurant was exceptional. Great breakfast.

The room we received was completely flooded; my mother nearly slipped, and we had to leave it immediately—photos prove it. The staff never checked the room before assigning it. We were shocked by the low quality of the breakfast buffet, with barely any options, a depleted juice section, cold paratha with scant filling, and overall poor standards—nothing like what we expected from Sterling Group.
