The room was clean enough, but the noise from the street made it hard to sleep. I didn't end up booking again because the overall experience felt more like a hassle than a stay.

The hotel was comfy, but the lack of a microwave and the rule against bringing your own drinks or snacks really put a damper on things—especially with a kid in tow. Everything else inside the hotel was pricey, so it felt like a stretch for families.

“Péssima”

I stayed at the Golden Dolphin for two nights and was disappointed from the start. The reception was unfriendly, and I was hit with a parking fee that didn’t match the website’s price. The room looked nothing like the photos and couldn’t actually fit five people; the mattress was hard, the phone didn’t work, and the key card kept malfunctioning. The closet even had tools and paint—unacceptable for a guest room. There were no blankets, just a single sheet, and no crib for my baby.

The host was always quick to help whenever I needed something, which was a big plus. However, the hotel’s food quality has dropped noticeably over the past few years, and the value for money isn’t what it used to be. The recreation options were also limited now that the beloved Tio Adriano is gone.
