The room was big and the toilet clean, but it was hard to find because the address pointed to a different spot. It was listed as a Boutique Hotel yet felt more like an Airbnb. At check‑in the staff or owner asked why we hadn't informed them we would arrive late, even though a Boutique Hotel implies guests can arrive anytime. We were delayed by a flight and had extra time to locate the place.

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the wonderful couple who ran it - they were incredibly friendly and made sure everything was to my liking. The hotel itself was clean, easily accessible, and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would recommend it to others.

My partner and I absolutely adored our stay with Nira and Hank - they treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our trip special. The hotel was spotless, with fresh linens and new rooms, and we loved the location in the Nimman district, which offered easy access to food, bars, and shops. The bed was a bit firmer than we're used to, but we found it comfortable, and the quiet street was a nice surprise.

I highly recommend staying here instead of a big chain hotel - the owners were lovely and very friendly, making our stay feel truly special. The hotel has a unique charm that you just won't find at larger hotels.

I was blown away by this hotel - it far exceeded my expectations, especially during a difficult time in my trip when the owner offered me kindness, encouragement, and helpful advice. They made me feel like a long-lost friend, and I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I'm in Chiang Mai.
