Nothing. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE BUGS HOME. Carpet is gross, no front desk, $1k for nothing but a bed. No closet. And you’ll have to rebuy your own furniture if you bring the bed bugs home. Just go somewhere else!!! PLEASE I’m begging you. They ruined my boyfriend’s 30th. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. THIS PLACE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Do not be fooled like me. Book at the Thompson (where I stayed after 2 hrs of being at this hotel) it’s beautiful. Costs more, but it is so worth it.

The room décor was nice but very minimal for the price, lacking a ironing board, wardrobe, and shelves. The hotel was loud, and we could hear everything happening above and beside our room, making us feel like we were living with neighbors. When I raised the issue with staff, they only offered a fan to dampen the noise, which left me speechless—too little consideration. The pool was dirty, poorly maintained, and unappealing; the photos didn’t match reality. It’s an old motel that’s been refreshed; the décor is pleasant but doesn’t justify the cost. I would have chosen a different hotel.

Not much to say this time. It was our second stay and the resort looked very run down. The pool area was dirty, sunbeds were stained, and there was almost no pool service. The bar staff expected a 20% tip even after you had to walk to the bar in the restaurant to order a drink. The place felt shabby, and the staff seemed disingenuous and uninterested in guests.

The rooms were clean and parking was convenient. However, the service was rude and the pool was warm and not functioning properly.
