Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The buffet breakfast was super with both savory and sweet options. The problem wasn't the hotel itself but the chaos on the floor caused by guests who started shouting in the corridor at 6 am and slamming their room doors; the owners simply couldn't control that rudeness.

The rooms were roomy, the bathroom was wonderfully equipped, and the bonus was the access to the fantastic pools that were fully thought out and well equipped.

The location was convenient right outside the highway and the internal tobacco bar was fine. We were given a cold, drafty external room that smelled bad, so we asked for a change immediately; the staff offered to spray something to mask the odor instead of swapping rooms on their own initiative. We ended up in an interior room that was much more welcoming and warmer, though it still didn't have heating on and no heat‑pump air conditioning. At 6:20 am we woke up to the sound of a group of idiots pounding on room doors, which lasted until 7 am when my husband went to knock on those same rooms; even guests from other rooms left in shock at what was happening in a supposedly 4‑star hotel. I went to reception to report it, but the receptionists did nothing. The price‑quality ratio was not met. Needless to say, we do not recommend it and will never return.

The exterior view was nice, just like the interior. This time our kids were missing, though.

The staff were friendly and courteous and the building was welcoming. The breakfast could have been more varied.
