We arrived off‑season and ended up in a different hotel, apparently a bit more comfortable, but it was perfect—thanks!

The staff, especially AN, were welcoming, smiling, and helpful. The spot offers activities, laundry right next door, massages, scooter rentals, etc. The photos don’t match reality—horribly dirty, outdated, with damp and mouse‑urine smells. Disaster.

The staff were amazing! They upgraded us at no cost. Ann, the manager in charge, was fantastic—helped with every query, arranged a scooter, made the whole stay smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

“Outdoorsy vibe”

I loved the nature vibe! It’s definitely not for everyone since there’s only a fan and it’s pretty outdoorsy, but I liked it a lot!

The proximity to beautiful Long Beach is great; not on the beach itself, but a 3‑minute walk away. The accommodation didn’t meet the expectations set by the photos at all—everything looked run‑down and untidy. Withered plants in the garden, filthy pillows in the lounge, broken taps. The bathroom drain didn’t work, the window screens were broken, and everything seemed indifferent to us. We decided to check out after one night even though we had booked three, hoping to negotiate the price. Unfortunately, no one was reachable on site or by phone. After our written message post‑checkout, no one responded. We cannot recommend this place.
