Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location is nice, surrounded by mountains and very clean. I had originally booked the sister hotel, but because it is being renovated we were assigned here instead. The address, however, was not updated, so we found ourselves at the wrong place and had to figure out where to go.

Breakfast offers a great variety, and the staff is very accommodating. The room itself was fine, but there were cracks in several spots and a power outlet protruding from the wall. Also, the “twin room” actually meant a sofa bed. Other than that, it was okay. However, there were a lot of flies at breakfast, which was quite annoying.

Everything was fine, simple and welcoming. Nothing in particular to mention.

A very nice hotel with a sauna and a friendly hotel bar. Nothing negative.

The location is gorgeous, the host lady is very nice, and the breakfast is pleasant with fresh cappuccinos, a garage, and ski dryers. The wellness area was not fully operational – the hot tub was filled but the jets didn’t work, and one of the three saunas was also out of service. We would have appreciated an information sign apologising and explaining what is working, what isn’t, and why. There is no fridge in the rooms, which we see as a major shortfall because the bar was essentially closed and the only way to buy anything was by car. A fridge was available in the foyer, but I can’t imagine leaving anything there. We left a bottle of wine on the windowsill, and someone took it, drank it, refilled it with water (!!!!), and returned it to the same spot. That completely blew our minds, so I can’t see why we would leave anything in the shared fridge.
