The view from the apartment was fantastic and the room itself was spotless, with a nice bathtub and a solid breakfast spread. The only real hassle was cooking – the kitchen windows had no mosquito screens and there was no exhaust fan, so we had to keep them shut and the whole flat ended up smelling like fried food. Being allergic, I’d have loved a simple screen or a better vent, and a bottle of cleaning alcohol for the countertops would have been handy too.

I liked how private the place felt and the check‑in was a breeze; they even left the room all set up for my fiancée’s birthday, which was a nice touch. Checkout was relaxed, no rush at all, and I’d give it a solid 10. The only downside? We only got one night, otherwise it would have been perfect.

The chalet’s spot was spot‑on, with an incredible view that made the mornings feel special and the bed was super comfy. The only thing that fell a bit short was the bathtub – it felt a bit cramped for a soak.

Breakfast was outstanding and every room we used was in good shape, but the jacuzzi left a lot to be desired – it was too small to feel relaxing. Aside from that, everything else met expectations.
