The place was very quiet and dark at night, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, free drinking water refill was available, the AC was strong, there was a nice patio and decent WiFi; the neighborhood was safe, quiet, yet centrally located. The lady who hosted was very kind and even got up at 5:30 am to receive our luggage when we arrived by train! The room was a little small for two people; there was one rod with hangers which was very helpful, and gaps on the side of either bed where we had some space to unpack – but a couple more shelves and places to hang things would be nice. The bathroom was clean, pretty and spacious, however it would be lovely to offer a squeejie to help push the shower water into the drain.

It offered the best price for a hotel room in Chiang Mai, had a great location and cleanliness, and the manager was really kind and helpful.

The room was comfortable and spacious, the shower had good water pressure, there was a water dispenser at reception, the location was good and the area very quiet. We would have liked a fridge in the room.
