The room was new, clean, and set up nicely. I didn’t dislike it, but the hotel is still under construction and the new owners seem excited about their vision; if I return, I’d love to stay again.

The room was decent, but construction workers were everywhere, trash littered the hallway, and breakfast consisted of yogurt and chewy bars.

The bed was comfortable. The AC was working. The room was spacious. There were only 2 pillows. The lobby and breakfast area did not have AC working, it was very warm in there. The buffet was terrible. They were out of everything, including spoons for cereal. The hallway by our room smelled like a dirty gym locker. I understand they were doing renovations, but really? There was no mention of remodeling being done at the hotel on the web site. We might have booked someplace else

I paid 104.00 and was assigned a condemned room; they refused to refund or offer a free night. The toilet was clogged with feces upon arrival, the housekeeper tried to unclog it, but it still didn’t work. I ended up sleeping in a non‑functional room and still feel I deserve compensation for the 100.00 I paid.

They didn't have rooms available due to cleaning staff shortage and couldn't give any answers 2 hours after check in. No offer to fix anything
