Excellent service and first‑rate attention, a great location, spotless rooms, and plenty of parking.

The location was fine. However, the hotel had no air conditioning or fans; I have a 3‑month‑old baby and asked for help to borrow a fan or where to get one, but the front desk guy just said he didn't know and couldn't help. The 36‑degree heat without a fan turned the room into a furnace; I had to go to Ezequiel Montes to buy a fan and even considered changing hotels because of the terrible customer service. The photos looked nice, only one very kind lady. The floor in the room was covered in dirt when we arrived and the sink was the same.

Excellent experience. Everything was perfect: the staff were very friendly, the location ideal, and the cleanliness immaculate. I would definitely return and recommend highly.
