Super clean. Excellent staff throughout. Food lovely. Ski to door. We took our three teenage children for the third year here and it delivered every year!. Nothing

The location is great, but getting from the parking to the car was a bit confusing on arrival. It’s not impossible or hard to find with Google between the street, slopes, and pedestrian paths. The 3 Vallées app is excellent, but that information was missing.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot and the staff are friendly and helpful. The boot/ski room is large and clean. However, the daily menu offers a huge variety for all diets, so it was a bit surprising when an evening was limited to vegetarian options only, even though there are many vegetarian choices each night. The layout of the hotel blocks any quiet space; the seating areas are great, but there’s no room to play games with friends or family. The nightly entertainment is fine, but it gets very noisy.

The hotel is good value for what you pay; nothing extravagant but that’s clear from the start. Rooms are small, as expected at a ski resort, but we had a nice mountain view. Lockers are handy, the ski-in/ski-out is convenient, the lift is outside the door, and the bus stop is right outside. We were half board, breakfast was gluten‑free friendly, but dinner had fewer gluten‑free options. Dinner varied daily, though we went out some nights. The seating area and bar were fine. It can get noisy at night when people return, and the walls are thin. Wifi was good. I’d come back. Sheets and towels weren’t changed daily; by the time we returned from skiing we couldn’t find any to replace, so they were probably changed every two days. Not the worst, and I’d still return.
