Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff were friendly; the blackout curtains and pillow options were excellent, and the bed was comfortable. However, even on the 8th floor, bass from street‑level bars kept playing until well after 04.00 hrs, a problem I reported to reception. I plan to stay again and will request a quiet room far from the ground floor. The room listed “free airport pick up” but that offer disappeared after booking, and I’m still waiting for a response. Each bathroom had only one bath towel; a hand towel or smaller towel would be a welcome addition.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, but the room was marred by a foul odor, dirty carpet, and a strong, unpleasant smell.
