Everything was beautiful, quaint, charming, and just gorgeous—warmth that touched the soul. I got the suite with the porch and really didn’t want to leave; I’ll have to come back soon.

The location is convenient, the space is welcoming and beautifully decorated, reflecting the city’s identity. Serena was very friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The room, though not very large, felt cozy, but the sofa‑bed was uncomfortable. Parking on site was easy. The breakfast was great, personalized with Serena’s help in a very pleasant room. There is a small inviting garden and an attached lounge, very friendly, with games, sofas, and complimentary drinks (coffee, tea, water, juices). The sofa‑bed (we were three people) didn’t match the overall standard of the space and was uncomfortable, forcing our daughter to sleep with us. The air‑conditioning has no control in the room, so it follows the temperature set for the entire building. Entry to the building and rooms is via numeric codes that require constant phone checks. There are no USB‑C ports. Despite these areas for improvement, it’s a good choice.
