Located in Patong, Hacienda Phuket is a 2-minute walk from Bangla Road's nightlife and 5 minutes from Patong Beach, offering modern rooms with en-suite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. Jungceylon Shopping Mall is a 5-minute walk away. Phuket International Airport is a 45-minute drive. Rooms feature colourful décor, flat-screen TVs, and minibars, with options for fans or air conditioning.

The location is close to everything, all within walking distance, and the rooms are kept tidy, but the parking facility offers minimal parking for the car, and tea/coffee is supplied only in the reception area, which has no fan.

I was happy with the location, but the staff at C&N were a bit off. The Wi‑Fi stopped working for three days; I complained and they only called a technician after three days. I told them I was contacting Booking, and only then did they finally arrange the repair.

The location and room cleanliness were good, yet the staff left me frustrated for three days because the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working. They said they’d call a technician, but after I mentioned I was reaching out to Booking, they finally decided to send someone to fix the network.

The hotel is well run, in a great spot with good value, and we returned for the fourth time. It’s quiet and clean, now managed by a hotel next to Cn. We stayed only two nights; we would have extended, but the re‑booking price per night was higher than the original Booking rate. Still worth it.
