There was plenty of parking, and even though they didn’t speak English, they still tried to communicate. The air conditioning didn’t work, the rooms were dirty, and the doors didn’t lock. Our room was not cleaned; they claimed it had been cleaned but the bedding was still visibly dirty. Even the new room’s bedding was filthy.

The Wi‑Fi was fast and YouTube worked fine. The bathroom had a slight odor because the blower was off.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, the location was far from ideal, and I was particularly frustrated when I went to take a shower, only to find that there was no hot water. To make matters worse, the staff didn't quite live up to my expectations. Overall, my stay was a letdown.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hotel itself was immaculately maintained, with a spotless atmosphere that made me feel right at home. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with the room's temperature control, which made it a bit challenging to get the perfect temperature.
