The hotel’s facilities are beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were disturbed by a non‑breast‑feeding child’s screaming, which persisted for over an hour in the morning and evening; the staff let the child shout and even lie on the floor. We had to handle this unpleasant situation ourselves. The Hammam experience was also disappointing: the two couples we booked were washed together, which was uncomfortable; the procedure should be separated for women, men, or couples. Afterwards, our women had to wait an hour in wet clothes for a massage, a poorly planned session.
