The staff weren’t outright terrible, but they were pretty rude and the whole thing felt like a bait‑and‑switch. The room didn’t have its own bathroom, there was no hot water, and every night they shuffled us into a different room because of their own mix‑ups. It was disappointing given the promises in the ads.

The location was handy, just a short walk to the park, and the front desk people were friendly enough. However, we never got to stay in the “Charco Corazón” unit we booked – something went wrong and they put us in a studio instead without any explanation. The switch left us feeling a bit short‑changed.

Being right next to the main park was a plus, but the room itself was lacking. There was no internet or TV, and the old plumbing gave off a nasty smell. It made the stay far less comfortable than expected.
