The staff were honestly so lovely and helpful, even with the smallest requests. They always tried their best to help and made us feel really welcome. The breakfast was simple but always fresh and good. We also really appreciated the room being decorated for our birthday and anniversary. Such a lovely touch. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the air conditioning was always cold and working perfectly, which we really appreciated after experiencing a broken AC at another riad on our first night in Marrakech. You can really tell Riad Kitula understands how much the heat can affect tourists and doesn’t cut corners when it comes to keeping the rooms cool. Such a beautiful riad, lovely people and a really comfortable stay. Definitely deserves all the stars

We had the most wonderful family weekend in Marrakech, made all the more special by our stay at Riad XO and the incredible team behind it. We were a group of 10, including children, and from the very first moment of booking, Taoufik and his team could not have been more helpful, welcoming or lovely to deal with. They helped us organise virtually everything in advance, from airport transfers and a private guide through the Medina to hammam and spa treatments for the whole family, camel rides and a desert show. And, of course, the cooking class with the Riad’s chef — an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our stay. The Riad itself is beautiful: new, tasteful and incredibly comfortable, with two small pools that feel like absolute paradise after a hot walk through the city. Everything is seamless, the staff are genuinely kind and attentive, and there is a wonderful feeling of being completely at home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Marrakech. Riad XO has definitely become a new favourite, and we are already looking forward to returning. Everyone came away with wonderful memories, but for the children in particular, this was a trip they will never forget. A truly special family experience. I would have preferred softer and lower pillows, everything else was just perfect

“A stunning riad providing a bit of calm amongst the chaos that is Marrakesh.”

I stayed at a beautiful riad just outside the medina, which gave me a great spot close enough to the action yet still tranquil. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and had excellent air‑con, while the relaxing areas were perfect; the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The only tricky part for a Westerner was that no alcohol is served, so bring your own and keep the receipts—this is the reality for all accommodation in the medina.
