Close to the shopping centre, the cleanliness is acceptable, and there’s no need to interact with anyone. The room was cold.

There was no hot water, so the shower was cold. The room was cold and the heating was off.

I was handed the wrong room at check‑in, and another guest overheard our chat, so we had to swap rooms. The bed only had two small hand towels, so I went to the laundry room, washed and dried my own. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and the main ceiling light was broken.

I never got in; the door stayed locked and no one answered the phone, so I had to cancel because I couldn’t leave my event to check in later. Nobody was there at my scheduled arrival time, and the building looked grimy from the outside.
