The property feels a bit dated but still cozy. The city center is a 20‑minute walk away, and the sea view is nice. Breakfast offers great products but can be a little chaotic.

A great spot with a pool and beach. The room is huge with a useful terrace. Breakfast is plentiful. Bicycles are available.

Amazing view from the balcony and sea‑view room (extra cost). Food is superb. The beach is right across. Air‑conditioning works well. The dog policy is hassle‑free, even allowed on the beach. Free bikes are always available for trips to Tortoreto or a ride to Giulianova’s center (big market Thursday morning). In the evening, the tourist train to the center departs at 20:00. From the upper floors, you need to take the elevator, which can be slow at times due to crowding. We found the loud music in the hotel at night less pleasant than elsewhere.
