The place is in a good spot, but the AC in our first room wasn’t working, so we were moved to a second room that was also scorching hot. Even after running the air conditioning for over an hour, the room only became slightly comfortable, making the overall experience very unpleasant.

To make matters worse, I was charged in cash despite having already paid using a voucher, and my subsequent phone call to request a refund was met with complete silence. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
