The service was genuinely good, but the toilet was problematic: the water would drain and I had to lift the lever, it made a lot of noise, and when it filled it took 9 minutes. The TV didn’t work, a room was under repair, the floor smelled awful (it was on the 2nd floor), and when I called service at 8:30 pm they didn’t answer.

The food, reception service, and the friendly dog that welcomed us were positives, but the door lock didn’t close, the bathroom door didn’t close, the sink was clogged, the mattress was average, and it needs to be replaced.

The people are friendly and the breakfast food is good, but the facilities are somewhat deteriorated.

The location is fine. I’m not sure if the hotel is used by passing workers, but almost always very early you hear a lot of noise from people pulling things with big doors, even at night there are people who don’t let you sleep. At breakfast, a lot of people are still in flip‑flops, just out of bed, all dirty, and we have to endure the bad smells of these lazy people who haven’t showered yet and have stinky feet. Another thing I’ve noticed in recent stays is the water pressure in the showers; it’s almost gone and it takes longer to rinse off soap. The maintenance is lacking and I’ve been assigned rooms in very bad condition.
