The breakfasts are very good for an Italian hotel, the location is good, and the air‑conditioning works throughout the property. In practice there is no hotel parking; the nearest public one is about 500 m away and you have to “hunt” for a spot. The parking offered by the hotel is more than 700 m away, which is a big problem for car‑travelers. Unfortunately the hotel has no beach, but you can find a spot on nearby nice beaches; just book in advance, especially in season when spots are limited.

The location is excellent, the staff are great, the restaurant and food are good, and the place is very clean. For £250 a night we might have expected a bit more luxury, and a nice rooftop bar would be nice; the only bar was in Reception and quite basic. The balconies could use a redecorating.

The hotel is in a very convenient and unbeatable spot, facing the sea and close to the center, with the bus/shuttle stop right in front. The room has a sea‑front terrace, well equipped with a parasol and a lounge chair. Breakfast is served in a room that also has a sea view, which is pleasant. The food variety is wide, and the staff are cute and helpful. The property isn’t as cared for and maintained as one would expect from a four‑star, so it shows signs of wear. Nothing annoying enough to ruin the stay, but I don’t think it justifies the star rating. The in‑room safe didn’t work unless you used a manual emergency key that you had to carry every time you left. The minibar was completely empty. The breakfast quality, while abundant and varied, needs improvement.
