The rooms felt cramped and the fixtures were hard to use, making it tough to relax after a long day. I couldn't get comfortable anywhere in the building, so I spent most of my time out of the room.

Staying right next to the bus depot was perfect for our Camino Real trek – they even let us leave our luggage there for a couple of days. The location saved us a lot of walking. Unfortunately the bathroom had no seat and we found a lizard and a cockroach sharing the room, which was pretty off‑putting.

I was surprised to discover that breakfast wasn’t included at all, so every morning we had to hunt for a café elsewhere. The room itself was fine, just the lack of any morning meal was a let‑down.

Doña Rosario is genuinely kind and makes you feel welcome, but the place feels more like a boarding house than a proper hotel. The neighborhood feels unsafe, there’s no parking nearby, the bathroom was dirty with cobwebs everywhere, and the room only had a single power outlet.

The inn is right next to the terminal and the lady who runs it is really helpful, which made checking in a breeze. However the bathroom leaked badly and flooded the floor, and the pillows felt like plastic, so I only stayed for a single night.
