“Sehr schöner Familienurlaub”

The size of the finca was great, the pool was awesome and can be locked, the grounds were large and well‑maintained, the location was quiet, and there were four bathrooms with showers. The only issues were mosquitoes from the small pond in the garden, ants, some equipment that was a bit outdated, and the steep stairs to the attic room that lacked privacy.

We were a group of friends at Ca na Tinta and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The finca is beautiful, very spacious, and offers plenty of room – perfect for traveling with several people. We especially liked the great outdoor area and the quiet location. You can spend time together wonderfully, yet still have enough options to retreat alone. The finca was clean, well‑kept, and exactly what we imagined for our Mallorca stay. The location was ideal for us: with a rental car we could easily reach beaches, markets, shopping, and Palma, while still having our evening peace at the finca. Check‑in was hassle‑free and communication with Portic Villas was friendly. We felt completely at ease during our stay and had a fantastic time. For a holiday with friends or a larger group, we absolutely recommend Ca na Tinta and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time in Mallorca!

The rooms were clean and spacious, yet we liked everything.

Overall it was good, but the bathrooms were especially dirty. The fence lock was broken and when we arrived the gate was open, and we were charged for pool damages we never used.
