The location was great, the rooms were large and the beds comfortable, and breakfast was good. However, the staff were not friendly except for the gentleman who welcomed us; no smiles or effort to be pleasant. There was also a damp, moldy smell on the 8th floor.

Location was ok. Terrible experience - room was filthy, dust on all surfaces and very run down damaged furniture. One of the staff was very rude and unhelpful, she lied about not having laundry service when they did and also failed to follow up on and fix a light in our room that stayed on 24/7 even at night. Should be advertised as 1 or 2 star, definitely not 3 star

The room was big with a living area, spacious enough for three 28‑inch suitcases and a resting zone. The site is excellent, just a five‑minute walk to BIFF, Jagalchi Market, and nearby fashion streets, and there were no problems.

The room was filthy and had a strong cigarette smell, plus mold in the bathroom. Even after we asked for a change, the new room was just as dirty, with stains on the sheets. We took photos and showed them to the staff, and because kids couldn’t sleep in that environment we demanded a refund. The condition was so bad that we couldn’t stay at all.

The spot was great, but the lights in the room were too dim.
