“Esperienza orribile!!!!!!Fate tanta attenzione!!!!!”

We left the room right after Mr. Paolo handed us the keys because the hygiene was unacceptable; we couldn't sleep there and it caused huge inconvenience since our next flight was only 16 hours away. The walls were covered in mildew, the bathroom was filthy, everything was dirty… the photos speak for themselves. Mr. Paolo vanished after telling me to request a free cancellation (to get a refund) which has to be approved by the manager. I’m sorry these places exist on Booking. The manager should be ashamed to hand over a room in such a state.

Nice, tragic place, nothing looks like the pictures. Everything is dirty, mold, dust, broken toilet, no kettle, no toaster, no internet, no Wi‑Fi, dust everywhere, and a worn black iron.

Very well‑located establishment, 5 minutes from the terminus station. The bedding is old, the room is very worn, and there is no sound insulation.

Good location and the lady who handles breakfast is attentive. The breakfast is also quite varied. Very old, poorly maintained, lacking cleanliness and upkeep. It smells like mold, there are stains on the sheets, towels, curtains, lamps, and walls. The toilet seat is loose, there are no pipe guards, the wall paint peels, the mini fridge leaks water, the bed is falling apart on wooden planks, dust builds up on top of frames, TV, switches.

Location and breakfast are fine. The Wi‑Fi never worked, there is no mobile signal inside the room, and the air conditioner and TV did not function.
