Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, with a comfortable room, breathtaking views, and a convenient location. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the beautiful thangkas in the lobby added a touch of elegance. We were particularly impressed by Danny's hospitality and knowledge of the local culture during our trip to the Youning temple.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including poor dining area cleanliness, inadequate service, and a lack of clear guidelines for staff. The entrance to the hotel was also problematic, with the gatekeeper refusing to let our taxi in.
