The rooms were huge, came with a nice kitchenette that had a refrigerator, and we even had two small porches that offered a view of the town and its surroundings. Breakfast was great and we felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We didn’t have many complaints: we arrived a bit late, so the main owner wasn’t there to greet us or show us the room and facilities, and one light in the living room didn’t work, but we managed with the other lighting. Overall, we have no issues and really appreciate Lizzy and the entire staff’s hospitality.

This beachy, Greek‑themed inn felt like a slice of heaven! The family that owns it goes above and beyond to make guests feel like part of their own family, and we saw them planting beautiful flowers, cooking, and caring for us. I think Nia Vardalos would love this place, too! 😉 I hope we can return someday!

The family that owns and runs this inn is INCREDIBLE—wonderful people. The inn is close to downtown Newport, and I especially loved Alva’s Attic across the street. The view from the front‑facing rooms is pretty, and the inn itself was clean. We came as three guests; I had planned to share a bed with my business partner, but the third guest didn’t show up, so we both ended up sleeping on the couches. The couches were comfortable, but there was no bedding—no blankets, no sheets, no pillows. We had to strip the main bed and make our own beds on the sofas. The lightbulbs were a penitentiary‑level blue light, and one lamp wasn’t plugged in, so we had to move it to an outlet. We couldn’t find the remote for the overhead fan, and the switch that operated the overhead light didn’t work. The toiletries for this price point were far below standard. The lattes in the restaurant seemed to be pre‑made from a bottle, and there was no coffee maker or supplies in the kitchenette.
