Everything was clean and orderly, though it was a bit chilly and the heater was small.

They switched me from Añañucas 4 to Añañucas 1 because of flooding, even though I had called four hours earlier to confirm my booking, and the detour broke a part of my car. When I arrived at Añañucas 1 the staff didn’t know where to put me, there was no water, no microwave for a quick meal, no toilet paper, and the dishes were dirty, yet I had to stay because it was late and I couldn’t find another place. Despite those conditions they charged me the full rate, which isn’t cheap for an eight‑hour stay.

The place was clean and comfortable, but there was a lot of noise at night from a generator in the neighboring building.

The TV was smart, but everything else was neglected: no housekeeping, rooms poorly maintained, peeling paint, mold in the bathroom, no trash removal, and the bathroom flooded when I showered.
