The staff were friendly, the décor tasteful and the place spotless, though the breakfast spread was small but tasty. The wooden floor in the room creaked loudly, and I found the bed a bit too soft for my liking.

The room was lovely inside a charming Jugendstil villa, and there was an extra garage for storing bicycles.

The setting was quiet, the city centre was within walking distance, the rooms were clean and cosy, the beds comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and the staff were courteous. I’d come back.
