The place was clean and quiet. However, you’ll need a scooter to get to the beach. It’s 400 m away as the crow flies, but you have to go out the back onto the main road and then loop around to reach Kata Rd or the beach, which takes about 2 km of travel.

I loved the location, but I saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

The mattress was good, but the rest was not.

Good location. Room was clean. Room oldish. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. AC unit on the balcony was very loud and rumbling. Waterpressure on the shower was a joke
