The only good thing was the location. The lock on the internal doors was broken, so they stayed open all the time and homeless people were inside – one slept on the hallway sofa, and in total three people were there over four days. There was no hot water for more than 50 hours: from Tuesday to Thursday only cold water ran. After the second complaint, the owner said a plumber would come the next day, but he never arrived, and water only returned on Thursday in the middle of the day. The toilet was flooded and covered with a hotel sheet from a bed, and there were other people's dark hair on the bedding.
