Ivory Phi Phi Island

The property sits right in the heart of Koh Phi Phi, making it easy to reach the port, the beach, or any other spot on the island. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and she gave me the best restaurant and event suggestions. It was very pleasant, and I recommend it. The bathroom was a bit hard to access because it’s very small. The shower was a little tricky to use at first, and once in use, water spread everywhere in the bathroom, which also contains the toilet. It’s not very convenient, but it’s not a huge issue.

I absolutely loved staying here! From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The room was great, very clean, and quiet. Miss June made sure I had everything I needed, helped me book a day trip and my ferry, and recommended some great restaurants. I loved all of her suggestions! She even walked me to the ferry to ensure everything went smoothly. She is such a lovely person, and I was sad to leave at the end of my stay. I can highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime!

The location is great, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind—exactly as other reviews mentioned. If I return, I’ll stay here again because of her hospitality. The bed is pretty firm.

“Fantastic stay”

We had an amazing stay there. Junnie at Reception was awesome; she told us where to eat, what to visit, and what to do on the island. She is a gem and a real treasure for the hotel. The location was fantastic and the room was clean.
