The spot near the city center is super convenient, even with a bit of a slope, but that gave us a fantastic view of the castle, town, and the mountains across. The Salaria family were very attentive and welcoming, making it a pleasure to stay in their family home. Breakfast was great, hearty, and authentic.

The accommodation is wonderfully positioned on the heights (you just have to be willing to walk), offering a stunning view, and the staff are lovely. The room was a bit small and windowless, but nothing too bothersome.

A very authentic guest house steeped in history, owned by the same family for generations. Breakfast was excellent—omelette, feta cheese, bread, homemade jams, and especially homemade fritters. Overlooking the stone city, the view of the castle is first‑class. It’s a short walk to the bazaar, where you’ll find endless restaurants, bars, and shops.

The hosts were extremely helpful, and even though we arrived two hours early we were warmly received. The breakfast was lovingly prepared. The historic building has a special atmosphere that tells a story. The location is very quiet, but you have to be pretty good on foot. If you want to go to the historic town center without a car, there’s only one truly steep path downhill and then uphill again.
