“Restful and peaceful”
It was my first time staying in a property like this, so I liked everything, but I think the location and the spa are the only things that detract from the experience. I can’t say more.

A generous room (Juniorsuite) with a breathtaking view, a nice wellness area, excellent dinner and breakfast buffet, and friendly staff.

I found the overall experience to be top‑tier, with the location being ideal. The staff were pleasant and managed to create a cozy atmosphere, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. I wholeheartedly praise everything. On the downside, the neighbor’s smoking on the balcony sometimes made it hard to enjoy my own balcony, and the shower soap solution was a bit lacking—different hand soap and shower soap would have been preferable, but it’s a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.

The breakfast was excellent, featuring a chef who made the perfect omelette, and the staff were extremely helpful; the view of the mountains and Stubaigletscher was uninterrupted and everything was very clean. The housekeeping staff did a flawless job, and we’ll definitely return. The only drawback was the limited number of loungers in the sauna area.
